· Ridership

Average weekday ridership for the month of December 2025 is 127,468 up by 1,718 or 1% from the previous year. Fiscal year-to-date ridership is 21,173,734, an increase of 2% from the previous year.

· On-Time Performance

System-wide on-time performance is 66.9% for the month of December 2025. Out of a total of 113 routes, 33 routes achieved an on-time performance of over 80%, while three (3) routes, Route CountryExpress! C, Route 2, and Route 46 had an on-time performance below 50%.

The DTS and OTS Service Review Committee reviews service levels, including monthly on-time performance.

· Safety and Security

The number of miles between major collisions for December was 301,586 miles.

· Maintenance

The miles between mechanical road calls averaged 12,310 miles for the month.

· Human Resources

Operator attendance for the month was 74.1%, a decrease of 4% compared to last year. Resulting in an increased need for operators to work on one of their scheduled days off.

· Service Modifications

A summary of the service modifications that were implemented with the December sign-up and will remain in effect until the March sign-up.

- Route E, relocate terminus to Bus Stop #87 (Monsarrat Ave + Kalakaua Ave).

- Route 42, extend eastbound trips to terminate at Lelepaua Daniel K. Inouye International Airport Station.

- Route 533, all trips will serve the Waiawa Pearl Highlands Skyline Station.
